How do I get started with NebCore AI?
Sign up at platform.nebcore.ai and deploy the same day, or book a demo and we'll walk you through onboarding step by step. The standard deployment path is built to have the platform running in about 2 hours.
What cloud providers do you support?
NebCore AI supports AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, DigitalOcean, and OpenStack, plus on-premise and bare-metal Kubernetes.
How does pricing work?
The platform is one subscription that runs your whole estate, with a 30-day free trial. Capability add-ons and professional services mount on top. Visit our pricing page or talk to sales for a quote.
Is my data secure?
Your data stays in your own cloud, and we never hold a copy. On top of that you get encryption at rest and in transit, RBAC, audit logging, and continuous compliance evidence mapped to the 15 frameworks the platform tracks, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA among them.
Can I migrate from my existing infrastructure?
Yes. Our team works through the migration with you. We review your current setup, then map out a plan built for a zero-downtime move.
What kind of SLA do you offer?
A 99.9% uptime SLA is available under a separately signed SLA agreement, with custom targets on request. The SLA covers the NebCore AI-provided tooling and applications running in your own cloud. It excludes the underlying cloud provider's own availability: your provider's advertised SLA applies to that layer, and an upstream provider outage is not counted as an SLA breach. Subscriptions without a signed SLA agreement run on the same platform with support per plan, without a contractual uptime commitment.
